It’s always quite the challenge to acquire enough

resources purely from donor-funding…

So we run a business model that leverages

enterprise to tackle these social issues.

But our main problem is always finding the right leads…

You know… passionate individuals who will go out there,

connect with community members and really

drive change in their different capacities.

You could have all the money in the world….

but without the right people to actually go out there,

feel the weight of these communities’ problems

enough to wanna make a change… you’re not helping anybody.

Before Digitize Elite, we were generating leads on the foot

in various regions and countries.

And that meant we had to do a lot of face to face interactions.

Any time a regional contact person or agent left the team,

it meant that we lost an entire region, practically overnight.

It was always a huge blow to both the team and the organization.

We were having a huge problem communicating our

message to our target audience.

But looking back, I think we were just over complicating it.
