If we hadn’t got those leads...
Our business just couldn’t be what it is now.
We’re a window fabrication company that started out in 2016,
manufacturing residential windows and have since gradually grown
the business to where we now specialize in commercial windows.
We’ve got a new-build side, where we deal with
new homes and commercial properties…
And we’ve also got a replacement side of things.
Previously, we just relied on new build work…
but over the last few years,
a big portion of replacement market is pulling out old,
regular glass windows and replacing them with the different
kinds of specialized glass windows, due to factors like the growing
climate change concerns and health concerns as well.
We wanted to hone in and really tap into that market, but to do that,

for the various kinds of specialized windows replacements.

most promising presentation, so we signed up with them.
That was 3 years ago, and we’re still going strong.
The problem, I suppose, for us, was the new revenue stream…
the replacement side that we hadn’t yet been able to access before…
Specifically, lacking an idea on how to gather those leads or those clients.
We had no leads, whatsoever.
Over the course of several video chats that we had with Brian and

brought in the AdWords… and we got really clear on the type of

Within the first year, 20% of our business was the
replacement market and 80% was new builds.

Back in 2018, I would get up at around 3:30 everyday,
and work six days a week.
100 hour weeks were a completely normal thing for me back then.
I was doing the estimating…
I was doing the ordering…
I was doing the operations…
Basically, everything.

Sustaining that was really hard with a young family.
Now, I am able to step back, coz…
we’ve got an operations manager…

Looking back to what we’ve spent compared to where we’ve built
the business up to, it’s ridiculous…
Simply unreal!
I’m no longer working in the business all the time,
so I am able to develop better relationships with the staff,
better relationships with our suppliers, with customers….
I can really go down, and add that extra level of expertise and
focused care for a customer who needs it, and just make sure that
we are always doing the right thing, by the customer.
The best moment for us, was when we finally rebuilt the website.
Digitize Elite were making all these bold claims,
that we’ll increase leads by 30%…
or whatever it is that they promised.
Fast forward to after the website was done,
it far exceeded what was promised!
In terms of the leads…
It has actually doubled the figure they presented to us.
It’s just fantastic!
Looking back to what we’ve spent compared to where we’ve built
the business up to, it’s ridiculous… Simply unreal!
Back when we engaged Digitize Elite in 2019…
We turned over about 1.7 million.
In those 3 years of working with these guys, we’ve grown to 23 staff,
and we’ll do about 4 million this year!
