By purchasing anything on or through this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by our Terms of Purchase, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. If you, in any way do not agree with our Terms of Purchase, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, kindly do not purchase anything or (for that matter) enter into any transaction with us.
Upon purchase, you shall be taken through the onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining any and all material issued to you upon purchase and throughout the duration of our transactional relationship with Digitize Elite. You are solely responsible for maintaining your login details along with their security and secrecy. Only authorized user of the login credentials is permitted to use the password-protected services. If you loan out or share your login credentials, knowingly or unknowingly and knowingly or unknowingly allow unauthorized access to the service, you shall be held responsible for the violation or breach of our Terms of Service and Terms of Purchase.
No Guarantee of Results

With exclusion of Performance Guarantee(s) outlined in the applicable terms and conditions once you hire us, understand, accept and agree that you are entirely responsible for managing both your business and its sales process. Digitize Elite does not offer any verbal or written warranties, representations or guarantees audience growth, marketing performance, earnings, business profit or results of any kind. You are entirely liable for your own actions and their consequences both in business and in life, as both are dependent on factors that are uniquely personal to you, including, but not limited to business prowess, dedication, skill, knowledge, personal financial condition and ability.
You understand, accept and agree that any reviews, endorsements and testimonials provided by Digitize Elite’s audience or customers that are represented through our advertisements, website, services, marketing materials or any other channel of communication have not been empirically reviewed and analyzed by our team and that results experienced by an individual may and will usually vary significantly, based on several factors. Any and all statements featured in our advertisements, website, services, marketing materials or any other channel of communication are only opinions and hence are not promises or guarantees of actual performance.
Earnings Disclaimer
Results may and often do vary from one individual to another in profit calculation and depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to advertising budget, capacity, and industry. The sales figures we state above are Digitize Elite’s own sales figures. Kindly understand that our results are not in any way typical, and thus we are not implying that you will out rightly duplicate them (or do anything for that matter). Your results may and will often times vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to your work ethic, background, and experience – we make no guarantee whatsoever. Fees
As a condition for any purchase you make on or through the website, you shall pay us all applicable fees and taxes up front without offset of any kind. We (or our third party payment processor) shall authorize the nominated payment method (e.g. bank account, credit card, or other approved payment facility) provided by you during the purchase and registration process for full payment of all fees and applicable taxes owing (without offset of any kind), and you consent to the same. If you are based in Kenya, all payments will be made in Kenya Shillings. If you are based outside Kenya, all payments will be charged and made in US Dollars.
Digitize Elite offers the ability to make payment via our website or via phone or video call. You must provide complete, current and accurate billing information. You agree to only provide us with a payment method that you are authorized to use. You must promptly notify and update us if and when your billing information changes. If you choose to purchase our services through the payment plan option, you consent to us making multiple charges to your chosen payment method. If your billing and payment information changes during the payment plan, you must immediately inform us and provide us with your updated billing and payment information. You consent to us re-trying any failed payment plan transaction and you agree to pay any fees or related charges incurred as a result of the failed payment.
In case the fees and applicable tax charged to you are dishonored, rejected, or otherwise not made available to us, you agree to immediately pay all amounts due upon demand. If the payment method you use is subject to a foreign transaction fee or related charges, you will be solely responsible for paying those fees and related charges. We recommend that you verify the fees and related charges that you may be responsible for with your payment issuer. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including legal fees and costs, and ay outstanding balance owed to us.
Goods and Service Tax (GST)
Unless contrary intention appears, any advertised or published price and/or invoice is inclusive of GST for Kenyan-based individuals and businesses.
Refunds
Refunds shall only be granted at our sole discretion.
Ensure you periodically return these Terms of Purchase Policy to review the latest version. Digitize Elite reserves the right, at our sole discretion, at any time, to change or modify these Terms without prior notice; however, we shall indicate the date of any changes or modifications to these Terms at the bottom of this page. Your perpetual access and use of this website will signify your acceptance of the amended Terms.
